Impluse Automatic

The Futura Impulse is defined as the driving force toward excellence in today’s vehicle cleaning industry. The new Impulse technology completely

displaces all competitive mediocrity. The Impulse embodies the most harmoniously integrated, automated touch free rollover available in the vehicle

cleaning market today.

The Impulse incorporates the time tested impingement technology you’ve come to expect in Futura branded products. To impinge means to strike or

hit on a surface. It also incorporates an advanced Impulse cleaning technology not found, until now, on any other touch free automatic. The Impulse

technology advances the systematic spray agitation concept utilized for almost two decades in Futura branded products. By using zero degree nozzles,

we optimize that force with 800 pounds of pressure per square inch (psi) through oscillating concentrated jets of water. This technology is not only

the most cost effective, but it outperforms all other cleaning technologies, including water mass technologies disguised as force. This is why so many

competitors regularly adopt Futura’s leading edge concepts. Imitation is the greatest form of compliment, flattery, and endorsement.

Impluse Pump Stand Standard Features:

• Stainless steel sub frame and support structure

• Fiberglass covers - color selectability- gel coat finish

• Twin pump system

• Remote computer control system - ethernet connection

• Variable speed pumping system

• Downstream chemical injection

• Completely plumbed - hook-up water, elect, air

• Can be installed in-bay - only 24˝ deep

• In bay cold weather package

The Impulses’ flexibility lets you add extra services or options easily. The

heart of the system, the pumping module has been newly designed for

serviceability, compactability, and expandability. New to the industry is the

twin pump slim line assembly. In a nutshell you hook up air, water, and bring

in chemical feeds to a pre-plumbed inlet and downstream injection manifold

system. Connect an Ethernet cable from the main control box ( in the pump

stand cabinet), to a separate remote main CPU computer control system, and

you are ready for action.

The Impulse in-bay gantry appearance is exceptional. You have a choice,

through the computer control center, of choosing a home position where the

machine is parked. This might be at the entry opening or in the center of the

bay. If the entry opening position is selected, this gives the customer an open

bay feeling--since there is nothing in the bay, except for entry signage, tracks,

and a new-mid bay roller guide rail system. The rollers are all stainless steel

with a heavy-duty, high visibility, epoxy yellow coating. This takes the floor

clutter out of the bay, and adds a recognizable guidance, and positioning

system, for customers unfamiliar with entering a car wash.
